Lindy Hop is the granddaddy of all the swing dances.  It incorporates 6-count figures (commonly know as swing), 8-count figures (commonly referred to as Lindy Hop), partnered Charleston, air steps, and vernacular jazz movement all woven together spontaneously to jazz music.  That fabulous mix can be a little intimidating at first, so we break our classes down into sub topics of Lindy Hop to help get you on your way. If you are new to dancing, join us in Swing I. We’ll guide you through the curriculum the rest of the way.
